Prior to joining Ananda Development, Sophon served as Human Resources Director at RentSpree, where they played a pivotal role in HR transformation and organizational growth for over two years. During their tenure, they implemented HR strategies that enhanced talent management and organizational development.
Before RentSpree, Sophon worked as a Human Resources Consultant for a technology company in Thailand, where they built the HR department from scratch, designed HR policies, and implemented innovative employee engagement initiatives to support the company’s growth in the healthcare technology sector.
Sophon’s extensive experience also includes a role as Director of People Operations at Sertis, a leading AI and data solutions provider, where they managed HR operations and supported the company’s rapid expansion.
Their earlier career highlights include leading HR functions at Central Retail Corporation, where they contributed to the development of omnichannel retailing in Thailand, and at Traveloka, where they drove HR strategies for the Thailand market.
