Kingston, Jamaica, August 2025 – Kadesha Smith has been appointed as the Chief Human Resource Officer at It’s Pixel Perfect Limited, a premier full-service digital marketing agency. In her new role, she will drive the company’s HR strategy, focusing on organizational development, talent management, and people-centric policies to support the agency’s growth and culture.
Prior to this appointment, Kadesha was with HGS – Hinduja Global Solutions for over two years as a Human Resource Business Partner, where she strengthened HR processes and contributed to employee engagement strategies across operations in Jamaica.
Before HGS, she worked with Advantage Communications Inc. for more than a year as Human Resources Coordinator, after starting as a Team Manager. She played an instrumental role in employee management, HR coordination, and organizational problem-solving.
Earlier, Kadesha spent over two years with VXI Global Solutions, LLC as Team Leader and Acting Account Associate, where she focused on coaching and developing agents, managing teams, and contributing to operational performance. These experiences laid a strong foundation for her HR leadership journey.
