Tehran, Tehran Province, Iran, May 2024 – Kamran Shahhosseini has recently been appointed as the Head of Human Resources at Damirchi Industrial Co. With over a decade of extensive experience in human resources management and strategic planning, Kamran is set to lead the HR initiatives at Damirchi Industrial Co., aiming to enhance the company’s workforce efficiency and organizational culture.
Kamran’s most recent role was as Human Resources Manager at PARSKAR from September 2020 to May 2024. During his tenure, he successfully managed HR operations, focusing on employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management. His efforts resulted in a more engaged workforce and improved HR processes.
Before PARSKAR, Kamran served as a Senior HR Specialist at Fakher Holding from March 2018 to June 2020. In this role, he developed and implemented HR strategies that aligned with the company’s goals, leading to enhanced employee performance and organizational development.
From December 2016 to March 2018, Kamran was the Human Resources Manager at Shooka, where he was responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee development. His leadership contributed to a more cohesive and productive workplace environment.
Kamran also held the position of HR Expert at Tanavob from May 2014 to June 2016, where he specialized in HR analytics and employee engagement strategies, significantly improving the company’s HR metrics.
Earlier in his career, Kamran worked as an HR Specialist at Jahanpars Group from July 2011 to August 2013, and as an Office Administrator at MTN Irancell from September 2008 to December 2010, where he gained valuable experience in administrative and HR support roles.
