In this expanded mandate, he will lead strategic HR outcomes across India, Africa, Singapore, the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Prudential’s Health vertical, reinforcing the company’s commitment to advancing its global people strategy.
Kanishk began his association with Prudential Vietnam as an HR Consultant, where he played a key role in strengthening governance frameworks, enhancing people practices, and building long-term workforce continuity. His sharp focus on governance, capability building, and organizational alignment helped create a robust foundation for sustainable growth across Prudential’s Asia and Africa markets.
With over 15 years of international experience, Kanishk brings deep expertise from leadership roles at GE, adidas, Hero MotoCorp, and Toll Group, spanning industries including manufacturing, retail, energy, aviation, logistics, insurance, and investments. He also co-founded Riversource Capital, an investment firm focused on alternative funds management, where he developed strategic insights at the intersection of people, business, and capital.
Throughout his career, Kanishk has been recognized for his ability to drive workforce transitions, industrial relations, organizational development, and leadership coaching. His collaborative approach, coupled with a strong focus on culture and performance, has enabled him to shape agile, high-performing, and people-driven organizations.
