During his tenure as Head – Products and Chief Manager – Products at ABSLMF, Kapil led new product development, regulatory collaboration, and strategic communication for a diverse product portfolio across equity, fixed income, and hybrid categories. His contribution in building product frameworks and aligning them with market insights significantly enhanced the company’s product positioning and investor outreach.
Kapil began his financial services career at Tata AIA Life Insurance, managing product development and communication for alternate channels, followed by a brief stint at ICICI Bank as Team Leader – Customer Acquisition & Retention, and earlier roles at GTL Limited where he honed his skills in sales training and client relationship management.
