Washington, United States, December 2024 – Kara Oliver has been appointed as the Senior Director, Human Resources at Rubris Inc., marking a significant step in her extensive career in HR leadership. In her new role, Kara will oversee the company’s human resources strategy, focusing on employee engagement, organizational development, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Her expertise will be pivotal in driving Rubris Inc.’s mission of simplifying processes through technology, people, and innovation.
Kara brings over three decades of diverse experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Before joining Rubris Inc., she served as Managing Director, Human Resources at InvotexIP, LLC, where she led people and culture initiatives for a consulting team serving Fortune 100 clients.

Previously, she spent seven years at Allegis Global Solutions, where she held roles including Global Director, Human Resources – Employee Experience and Global Senior HR Business Partner, spearheading strategies that enhanced employee engagement and organizational change.
At DoublePositive, Kara served as Director of Human Resources, where she built and managed the HR function, implemented policies, and contributed to the company’s growth. Her career also includes HR consulting roles, leadership at PwC as Manager – Human Resources, and contributions to financial advisory and organizational restructuring at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
