Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, December 2024 – Karen A. Chiang has assumed the role of Chief Value Officer (CVO) and continues as Co-Founder at Ibbaka. This newly established role highlights Ibbaka’s commitment to embedding value-centric strategies at the core of its operations. Karen will lead efforts to drive customer value management, ensuring clients effectively communicate, deliver, and capture value to enhance growth and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
As Chief Value Officer, Karen will also collaborate across commercial and customer success teams, developing innovative solutions that align with Ibbaka’s vision of fostering growth through value creation and strategic initiatives.
Karen has been with Ibbaka for over a decade, playing an integral role as Managing Partner and COO, where she directed strategy, operations, and business development. Her leadership focused on delivering measurable outcomes to customers through innovative B2B SaaS and data solutions.
Prior to Ibbaka, Karen held positions at Pacific Coast Information Systems (PCIS) Ltd., where she served as Managing Director, spearheading IT consulting services and fostering trust-driven partnerships with stakeholders.
Karen also co-founded CrowdTrust Technologies Inc., an online platform for managing connections and collaboration, and held key roles at companies like 3Waynet Inc., focusing on corporate knowledge management systems, and ThoughtShare Communications, where she managed corporate development initiatives.
With over two decades of experience in strategy, operations, and customer value management, Karen’s expertise spans go-to-market strategies, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation.
