With a career spanning over two decades, Faith brings deep expertise in HR leadership, compensation strategy, and operational excellence, making her a valuable addition to Questar III’s executive team.
Prior to joining Questar III BOCES, Faith served as Vice President, Corporate Benefits and Compensation at Goldman Sachs Ayco Personal Financial Management, where she partnered with Fortune 100 and 500 companies to design tailored financial planning and compensation programs. Her proactive approach to monitoring industry trends and developing thought leadership earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to corporate clients.
Earlier, Faith was the Human Resource Director, Talent Acquisition and Employee Benefits at the Capital District YMCA, where she managed the employee lifecycle, led DE&I initiatives, and implemented performance management systems. Her data-driven strategies significantly enhanced employee engagement and retention.
At GE Global Operations, Faith held roles as an HR Compensation and Benefits Analyst, where she led key projects in pension management, process optimization, and compliance. Her contributions resulted in significant time savings and cost reductions for the organization.
Faith’s career also includes leadership roles at RiverSource, where she supervised HR and benefits operations, and Phoenix Wealth Management, where she managed training and quality control.
