In this expanded leadership position, Karen will oversee the company’s human resources strategy and operations while continuing to drive initiatives in revenue and clinical services.
Karen brings over 14 years of experience at Sysmex America, Inc., showcasing a steady trajectory of leadership. Before her current role, she served as Vice President, Revenue and Clinical Services for nearly three years, where she managed over $180 million in annual revenue and spearheaded significant initiatives, such as improving equipment implementation timelines and enhancing customer experiences. She also oversaw a team of more than 140 employees and managed a $24 million operational budget.
Earlier, as Senior Director, Revenue Services, Karen implemented strategic tools like a $1.5 million CRM system and successfully led middleware migrations, improving project timelines and customer satisfaction. Prior to this, as Senior Director, Technical and Clinical Support, she provided strategic leadership for technical product launches, increasing instrument revenue by 10% annually.
Karen’s experience also includes roles as Director of Clinical Applications and Director of Customer Care Training, where she introduced innovative tools and streamlined training programs to enhance customer support and operational efficiency. Her career at Sysmex America began as a Manager, Technical Education and Development, where she established training programs that elevated the technical expertise of service engineers.
