Orlando, Florida, United States, July 2025 – Karen Rocco has been appointed as the new Vice President of Human Resources at PAI Pharma, a leader in high-quality, US-made liquid and unit-dose medications. In her new role, Karen will lead the company’s human resources function, focusing on talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and culture development to support PAI Pharma’s ongoing mission to deliver trusted pharmaceutical solutions.
Karen brings over 17 years of diverse HR experience within the pharmaceutical industry. Before joining PAI Pharma, she served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals for approximately four years. Based in Mahwah, New Jersey, she led HR initiatives that supported business transformation and talent development for the organization’s U.S. operations.
Previously, Karen spent over three years at Endo Pharmaceuticals as Human Resources Director, where she played a critical role in aligning people strategies with business goals, supporting workforce planning, and strengthening organizational capabilities during a time of industry evolution and change.
Karen began her HR journey at Par Pharmaceutical, where she held progressively senior roles over a tenure of nearly 12 years. She advanced from HR Coordinator to Associate Director of Human Resources, gaining in-depth experience across HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and operational excellence.
