Burr Ridge, Elmhurst, Chicago, USA, May 2024 – Karen Wally Jackson has started a new position as Chief People Officer at Double Good. With extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, Karen is set to lead the company’s People and Culture initiatives, enhancing employee experience and driving strategic growth.
At Gogo Business Aviation, Karen served as the EVP, Chief People Experience Officer for over four years. In this role, she led the People and Culture, Global Human Resources, Internal Communications, Safety, and Facilities functions, driving transformative change and fostering a positive organizational culture.
Prior to this, Karen was the SVP, Human Resources at Gogo for five years, where she played a pivotal role in developing and executing HR strategies focused on talent acquisition, performance management, rewards, and employee engagement.
Karen also worked at Accenture, formerly Acquity Group, LLC, for over 13 years. As the Senior Vice President, HR, she led proactive planning and effective execution of talent strategy, employee performance management, rewards and recognition, training, and diversity and inclusion. She also spearheaded integration efforts post-merger, ensuring alignment of HR processes with business objectives.
In addition to her HR roles, Karen has held various positions such as Vice President, Corporate Strategy, Vice President / Director, Professional Development Programs, and Director / Engagement Manager, Delivery Group at Acquity Group. She began her career as a Project Manager / Consultant at Divine, Inc., formerly marchFirst and USWeb/CKS, and has also worked as a Product Manager at Iomega Corporation and a Senior Accountant at KPMG.
