Before joining Antylia Scientific, Kari Atkinson spent around nine years with ManpowerGroup, where she held progressive leadership roles including People & Culture Leader – Head of North America (SVP), Vice President of People & Culture, Director of Employee Benefits & Resources, Director of Human Resources and Communications, and Senior Manager Internal Communications. These assignments reflect a strong and sustained journey across HR leadership, culture, benefits, HR technology, analytics, communications, and regional people strategy.
Earlier, she was associated with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where she held the roles of Global Organizational & Leadership Communication Manager and Global Dealer Communication Manager. Prior to that, she worked with Johnson Controls as Content Strategy Manager – C-Suite Client Engagements and Services Communication & Change Management Manager. She also built an important earlier foundation with Derco as Communications Supervisor. Together, these roles reflect a long and accomplished career across strategic communications, organizational change, leadership engagement, and people-focused business transformation.
