Mumbai, Maharashtra,India, April 2026 — Rashmi Dhiman has been appointed as Head – Human Resources at Turner Technical Services, part of Turner Construction Company. This appointment marks an important milestone in her HR leadership journey and reflects her strong experience across HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development. In this new role, she will lead the HR function, focusing on strengthening people practices and supporting business growth.
Before joining Turner Technical Services, Rashmi Dhiman served as DGM HR – India at Travel Food Services Limited (TFS), where she led talent acquisition, talent mobility, and employee engagement at the India level. She also handled grievances, was part of the POSH compliance committee, supported strategic hiring for upcoming businesses, and implemented the e-recruitment module across India.
Earlier, she spent nearly eight years with Legrand (India), where she held the roles of Human Resources Business Partner and Manager HR – Talent Acquisition – Legrand India Group. During this phase, she worked across HR strategy, performance management, policy compliance, campus recruitment, diversity hiring, HR digitization, employer branding, change management, and CSR-related initiatives. These assignments reflect a strong progression across strategic HR and talent leadership.
Prior to that, Rashmi Dhiman was associated with ABC Consultants as Engagement Manager – Education Practice, Personnel Search Services Group as Sr. Consultant – Executive Search, maptalent as Resource Director – Senior Consultant, and Mascon Master Consultant as Business Head – Real Estate & Engineering. In the earlier phase of her career, she also worked with Dolphin EMT Pvt. Ltd. and Rohan Motors Ltd in sales roles. Together, her experience reflects a long and accomplished career spanning HR, executive search, talent strategy, business development, and people advisory.
With experience spanning Turner Construction Company, Travel Food Services Limited, Legrand (India), ABC Consultants, Personnel Search Services Group, and maptalent, Rashmi Dhiman brings a strong and well-rounded people leadership profile to her new role.
