Cairo, Egypt, January 2025 – Karim Madkour has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH). In his new role, Madkour will lead the human resources function across IDH’s operations in Egypt, Jordan, Sudan, Nigeria, and Saudi Arabia, driving talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR initiatives. With over 15 years of leadership experience in human resources, Madkour’s expertise will support IDH’s growth ambitions and its commitment to operational excellence.
Before joining IDH, Karim Madkour served as Regional HR Senior Director for the Middle East and Turkey at Agthia Group PJSC, where he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business goals across multiple markets. Earlier, he was Cluster HR Director at Americana Foods, overseeing HR functions for various business units.
During his tenure as Regional HR Director for Egypt and North Africa at Savola Foods Company, Madkour demonstrated exceptional leadership in talent acquisition, organizational restructuring, and employee engagement. His six-year tenure as HR Director at Americana Foods showcased his ability to lead large teams and manage complex HR operations. Madkour began his HR career at PepsiCo as an HR Manager, where he gained foundational expertise in people management and organizational development.
Karim Madkour holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Victoria University and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
