Delhi NCR, India, April 2025 – LNJ Bhilwara Group, one of India’s most respected diversified industrial conglomerates, has announced the appointment of Karunesh Kumar Chaturvedi as President – Corporate Affairs. With a distinguished career spanning over 30 years, Karunesh brings strategic vision and operational expertise that will be pivotal in enhancing the Group’s industry relations, policy advocacy, and long-term strategic positioning.
Prior to this role, Karunesh Chaturvedi served as Head – Corporate Affairs & Strategy Planning at Welspun World, where he was based in Delhi and led several key initiatives in corporate strategy and stakeholder engagement. Earlier, he also held a dual role at Welspun New Energy Limited as Head of Corporate Affairs & Advocacy, contributing significantly to the renewable energy business.

Earlier in his career, he worked as Senior Vice President – Corporate Affairs at Waaree Group, and prior to that, served for nearly five years at Vector Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. as Vice President – Corporate Affairs, where he played a vital role in driving regulatory alignment, government affairs, and project advocacy across the energy sector.
He also held leadership roles at Vikram Solar as VP – Corporate Affairs & Business Development, Avantha Power & Infrastructure Ltd., and Pratibha Syntex Pvt. Ltd., where he began his corporate journey and spent nearly 17 years managing strategic operations and business development. A postgraduate in management from IMT Ghaziabad, Karunesh’s experience is a confluence of industry affairs, public policy, operations, and corporate development.
