Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, February 2026 – Aionion Capital has appointed Kasthuri Jayakumar as Head – Human Resources, entrusting her with complete ownership of the people strategy, governance, and organizational development across the group.
In her new role, Kasthuri will define and execute HR strategy aligned to business goals, lead workforce planning and leadership hiring, design and implement a structured Performance Management System (PMS), oversee compensation and benefits frameworks, and establish HR policies and governance mechanisms. She will partner closely with senior leadership to build scalable people systems, strengthen accountability, and drive structured growth through robust talent practices.
Kasthuri brings over a decade of progressive HR experience across diverse industries. Prior to joining Aionion Capital, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager at Aquaconnect, where she contributed to compensation strategy, resource management, and organizational alignment. She also held leadership responsibilities at Usha International as Deputy Manager HR, driving performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and business partnering initiatives.
Earlier in her career, she gained strong operational and recruitment experience at Pradeep Dadha Group of Companies, Mahindra & Mahindra, and Neeyamo Enterprise Solutions, handling end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, payroll coordination, SAP HCM processes, and employee lifecycle management. She also held a leadership role at Findroids ApS before a brief career break.
An MBA in HR & Systems from SRM University, Kasthuri combines operational depth with strategic HR leadership, positioning her well to build structured, high-performing people systems at Aionion Capital.
