Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2026 — Subex has appointed Kasturi Cotha as its Global Head – Human Resources, as the company sharpens its focus on people strategy to support its next phase of growth. In this role, she will serve as a strategic HR leader and business partner to the CEO and operating board, with a mandate spanning high-performance culture, niche technical talent, leadership pipeline, succession planning, DEI&B, operational excellence, and global governance.
With over 25 years of global HR leadership experience, Kasturi Cotha is widely recognized for building future-ready people strategies across culture, DEI, employer branding, talent development, and leadership. Her appointment reflects Subex’s intent to strengthen its organizational foundation as it scales in an increasingly AI-driven telecom solutions landscape.
Before joining Subex, Kasturi spent nearly five years at Taylor & Francis Group, where she served as Head HR, Bengaluru and as an HRBP (Global) for Product & Technology. During her tenure, she spearheaded HR strategies for the GCC and supported significant growth, including a 3x expansion, while also driving employer branding initiatives and colleague experience programs such as the “Candidate to Colleague Journey,” “AskHRBLR,” and “HR Matters.” Her work was also associated with multiple recognitions and awards across DEI and people practices.
Alongside her corporate leadership, Kasturi has played an active role in the broader HR community through the NHRD Bangalore Chapter, where she served as Hon. Secretary for over two years and has since taken on the role of Hon. Vice President, with a focus on expanding the chapter’s influence and representation across impactful forums.
Earlier in her career, she held HR and people leadership roles across diverse organizations including Danske IT and Support Services India Pvt Ltd, where she contributed to foundational people agenda and talent initiatives during the establishment of the GCC; Temenos, where she supported HR systems, global HR projects, and M&A-related integration efforts; and additional experiences spanning VIVASVA Software India Private Limited, independent HR & business consulting, and earlier HR roles in Bengaluru’s technology ecosystem—building a strong blend of scale, transformation, and operational rigor.
Education-wise, Kasturi Cotha completed the Executive General Management Programme at Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, and holds a Master’s in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University.
