In this new role, Michelle will lead global strategies in talent acquisition, ensuring the company attracts top talent while maintaining its commitment to improving patient care and safety. Her extensive background in human resources and talent acquisition makes her a valuable asset in driving B. Braun’s mission of advancing healthcare.
Prior to her role at B. Braun, Michelle spent over three years at Honeywell, where she served as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Global Operations and Global Staffing Manager for Honeywell Building Technologies. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in optimizing recruitment processes and implementing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Before Honeywell, Michelle was the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources for the Americas at ConvaTec, where she led key talent initiatives, developed the company’s employment brand, and introduced new recruitment technologies. Her leadership helped shape ConvaTec’s talent pipeline and support HR functions across North America.
At Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Michelle was the Human Resources Partner for Talent Acquisition, responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies for the US business. She played a key role in driving recruitment marketing, vendor management, and compliance with federal employment regulations.
Earlier in her career, Michelle held a significant position as the Recruitment Sourcing Manager at Johnson & Johnson, where she specialized in sourcing talent for research and development roles, including regulatory affairs and clinical research.
