Lisboa, Portugal, June 2024 – JPS Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Vasconcelos as the new Head of Human Resources. Kate brings extensive experience in human resources management and will lead the HR functions to support the company’s strategic growth.
Kate Vasconcelos joins JPS Group with a wealth of experience in human resources. Most recently, she served as the Head of Human Resources at ADEGAMÃE for 9 months, where she managed payroll, recruitment and selection, training management, and performance assessments, significantly improving HR operations.
Prior to ADEGAMÃE, Kate held various roles at Seines Global Outsourcing for over 4 years, where she progressed from Human Resources Manager to Business Development Manager. She was responsible for managing the company’s HR department, developing the Employee Portal, managing training processes for client companies, and overseeing the marketing department.
Kate also served as a Human Resource Specialist at Gi Group for 11 months, focusing on recruitment and selection, drafting contracts, and managing administrative personnel tasks.
At Flexilusa e Forcelink Group, she spent over 4 years as a Human Resources Manager, where she was responsible for payroll coordination, recruitment processes, training management, performance assessment, and managing occupational medicine and safety.
Kate’s career includes roles as Director of Client Services at Clube Turismo Beira Mar Trade Center, Human Resources Specialist at INTERIMAN, and Agency Manager at TWA, Recursos Humanos. She began her career as an Administrative Assistant at Sarstedt Group and as a Receptionist at Hotel São Mamede.
