Skopje, North Macedonia, October 2024 – Katerina Ilioska has been named the new Head of Human Resources at NYSK Holdings, LLC, where she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s human resources strategy and driving talent management initiatives to support its expanding operations in the cannabis industry.
Katerina has been with NYSK Holdings since June 2024, initially serving as the Human Resources Manager. In this role, she played a pivotal part in aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and fostering a culture of growth and development.
Prior to joining NYSK, Katerina worked as an HR Manager at KAZ Group for nearly two years. During her time there, she successfully implemented organizational development initiatives, improved employee engagement, and streamlined HR processes, contributing to the company’s overall efficiency.
For over six years, Katerina held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Galvanotehna in Skopje. Her contributions included managing workplace safety, creating recruitment strategies, and enhancing HR functions that supported the company’s growth trajectory.
Katerina’s earlier career includes a brief stint as a Key Account Manager at Primal Cpd Dooel Skopje, where she honed her skills in client relationship management and leadership development. She also gained early HR experience through an internship as a Practitioner in Human Resources at NLB Tutunska Banka A.D Skopje in 2010.
