Winter Park, Florida, United States – TMRW Sports has announced the appointment of Wendy Caves as its new Chief People Officer.
With over three decades of human resources experience in the sports industry, Caves is poised to lead the human resources strategy at TMRW Sports, starting April 2024. Her first major project will be the launch of TGL, a collaborative initiative with the PGA TOUR, set for January 2025.
Wendy Caves shared her enthusiasm about her new role, stating, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief People Officer at TMRW Sports! Our first of many exciting projects is TGL, in partnership with the PGA TOUR. Launch date January 2025!”
Caves brings a wealth of experience from her previous role as the Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA), where she served for nearly ten years, focusing on global HR initiatives that strengthened the organization’s workforce capabilities. Prior to her tenure at the LPGA, she spent over 16 years at the PGA TOUR, including four and a half years as Human Resources Director, where she played a crucial role in various progressive HR positions, contributing significantly to the organization’s growth and development.
