Arlington, Virginia, United States, October 2025 – Fluence, a global leader in energy storage and optimization software for renewables, has announced the appointment of Katherine Dahlke as Head of Talent Strategy, Management & Acquisition. In this role, Katherine will lead the company’s global talent agenda, encompassing strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, and talent management to support Fluence’s continued growth and innovation in sustainable energy solutions.
Katherine Dahlke brings more than two decades of HR and talent leadership experience to her new role. She joined Fluence in 2024 as Head of Global Talent Acquisition, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s global recruitment framework, implementing forward-looking workforce strategies, and strengthening the organization’s employer brand in competitive energy markets.
Prior to joining Fluence, Katherine spent over two years with Kerry, where she served in multiple leadership roles including Head of Talent Acquisition – Americas, Global Capacity & Demand Planning Leader, and Head of Talent Acquisition – North America. At Kerry, she led large cross-regional talent teams across North and Latin America and implemented workforce planning and demand forecasting models that aligned business strategy with evolving market and talent needs.
Before Kerry, Katherine was Director of Talent Acquisition at Oneida Nation Enterprises, overseeing end-to-end hiring and licensing for the group’s diversified businesses, including the award-winning Turning Stone Resort Casino. She earlier held senior HR leadership roles at Analog Devices, Blue Rock Search, and Johnson Controls, where she led initiatives in global talent acquisition, organizational transformation, and cultural excellence across multiple regions.
Earlier in her career, she held pivotal roles at BP, Countrywide Financial (now Bank of America), Charles Schwab, and Accenture, where she built and led large-scale talent acquisition teams, managed employer branding initiatives, and executed transformative recruitment strategies that accelerated business growth. Her experience spans industries including energy, financial services, technology, and manufacturing, reflecting a unique ability to adapt and lead in dynamic, global environments.
