Cincinnati, Ohio, United States, December 2024 – Katherine Devora has been named Senior Director Human Resources at Great Day Improvements, LLC. In her new role, Katherine will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s rapidly expanding workforce of over 4,500 employees across 280 locations in the United States.
Katherine joined Great Day Improvements, LLC in June 2023 as Human Resources Director, where she implemented strategic HR practices and drove performance management, change management, and leadership development programs. Her efforts significantly enhanced employee engagement and operational efficiency.
Prior to this, Katherine spent over five years at Arrowhead Engineered Products as Human Resources Senior Manager, where she directed all aspects of HR for the U.S. and Canada. She managed performance processes, recruitment strategies, and compliance efforts, contributing to the organization’s growth and expansion.
Her tenure at USI Insurance Services as Regional HR Leader spanned almost three years, during which she served as the primary HR contact for the Midwest region, focusing on talent management and employee relations. Earlier in her career, Katherine held roles at Callos Resource as Senior Staff Coordinator and Amazon as HR Administrator, showcasing her expertise in employee relations and HR strategy. She also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Timberland, where she gained foundational experience in HR operations.
