Woodland Hills, California, United States, August 2025 – Panavision has announced the appointment of Katie Lopez as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this role, Lopez will lead the company’s global HR function, partnering with the executive leadership team to drive innovation, foster excellence, and strengthen Panavision’s culture of creativity and inclusion across its worldwide operations.
Lopez most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Bonduelle Fresh Americas (formerly Ready Pac Foods) for five years, where she led HR and corporate communications strategy for a ~$1B business with 4,000 employees across manufacturing and agricultural operations in the U.S. Her tenure was marked by transformation initiatives in organizational design, culture, total rewards, and workforce analytics. She also previously served as Vice President, Human Resources at Bonduelle, where she focused on operational profitability, staffing transformation, and leadership development.
Before Bonduelle, Lopez was Director of Human Resources at Ready Pac Foods, where she helped transition the HR function from transactional to strategic, driving business transformation through talent strategy, compensation redesign, and digitalization of HR processes.
Earlier, Lopez spent over seven years with Nestlé USA in multiple leadership roles including Corporate HR Manager, HR Analytics, National HR Manager – Field Sales Operations, and HR Manager – Beverage Division, supporting large-scale integrations, workforce planning, and performance management across multi-billion-dollar business units.
She began her career at Northrop Grumman, where she held roles in succession planning, HR management, and talent management. During her time there, she supported more than 125,000 employees globally and helped design enterprise-wide leadership development processes for top executives.
Lopez holds an MBA from the Drucker School of Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Design from Claremont Graduate University, equipping her with a strong academic foundation for her strategic leadership in HR.
