St. Louis, Missouri, United States, February 2026 — Katy Haverman has taken on a new role as Vice President of People at ADB Companies, LLC. In this expanded leadership position, she will lead the organization’s people strategy, overseeing talent, culture, and human resources initiatives in support of ADB’s continued growth across the telecommunications and utility infrastructure sectors.
Katy has been with ADB Companies for over two years and was most recently serving as Director of Human Resources, where she played a central role in strengthening HR operations, workforce strategy, and people leadership frameworks. Her elevation to Vice President of People reflects both her impact within the organization and the trust placed in her ability to guide ADB’s people agenda at an enterprise level.
Prior to joining ADB Companies, Katy spent more than five years at Provision Living Senior Communities, progressing through multiple HR leadership roles including Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, and Senior Human Resources Generalist. During this time, she supported organizational growth by driving employee relations, HR operations, and people-centric programs aligned with business needs.
Earlier in her career, Katy gained foundational experience at the University of Missouri – Psychology Research Laboratory, where she served as Research Lab Manager and Research Assistant, building strong analytical, organizational, and people management capabilities that continue to inform her approach as a senior HR leader.
