Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, August 2024 – Krystal Kolb has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources, ANZ at Aspen Pharma Australia. Krystal is excited to lead the HR efforts for the Australia and New Zealand region, bringing her extensive experience and dedication to the new position.
Krystal Kolb has been with Aspen Pharma Australia for over 13 years, contributing significantly to the company’s human resources department. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Human Resources Manager from October 2016 to June 2024, where she oversaw various HR functions and played a key role in employee development and organizational growth. From February 2011 to September 2016, Krystal was the Human Resources Manager at Aspen Pharma Australia, continuing in her role after the company acquired Sigma Pharmaceuticals in February 2011.
Before joining Aspen Pharma Australia, Krystal held the position of Human Resources Officer at Sigma Pharmaceuticals from November 2009 to January 2011. She also worked as a Human Resources Consultant (Contract role) at Service Stream from July 2009 to October 2009, and as a Senior Agreements Assessor at the Workplace Authority from November 2007 to May 2009. Krystal’s early career included a role as Human Resources Coordinator at Converga Pty Ltd from November 2005 to November 2007.
