Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – October 2024 – Kaushik Das has been appointed as the Senior Director & Head – Talent & Culture at TIAA, a leading global financial services provider. In his new role, Kaushik will be responsible for driving talent management, performance, learning, and organizational culture to enhance innovation, engagement, and overall business excellence within TIAA’s India operations.
Kaushik Das previously held the role of Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Citi for over three years, where he led learning and culture initiatives for Operations & Technology across Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East. He also headed talent, learning, and DEI for South Asia, driving transformation and capability development.
Before his tenure at Citi, Kaushik was a Learning & Development Partner at Siemens for four years, responsible for developing leadership, digitalization, and sales capabilities across Southeast Asia. He led multiple people development projects, including digital transformation initiatives and employee engagement programs.
Earlier in his career, Kaushik served as the Senior Manager of Learning & Development at D’DECOR HOME FABRICS, where he established talent development frameworks and drove succession planning across the organization. He also worked as the National Manager & Head of Training at Scaale Inc., creating 360-degree learning solutions for global clients.
Kaushik’s career began at Planman Group-IIPM, where he served as Assistant Vice President and held various roles for over seven years, contributing to strategic management, career development, and corporate training services.
