Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, August 2025 – Karix Mobile has announced the elevation of Kavya Dubey to the position of Director – Marketing, marking a significant milestone in her over nine-year journey with the organization. In her new role, she will continue to drive strategic marketing initiatives, strengthen brand positioning, and lead data-driven campaigns that reinforce Karix’s leadership in the digital communications industry.
Kavya joined Karix in April 2016 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing vision. Most recently, she served as Associate Director – Marketing from April 2023 to August 2025, where she successfully executed integrated marketing strategies that enhanced brand recall and customer engagement. Prior to that, she was Sr. Marketing Manager from April 2022 to March 2023, during which she implemented targeted campaigns that supported business growth and client acquisition.
Her professional journey began as a Marketing Intern at Amway in 2015, where she contributed to the Bodykey India Launch Plan through distributor behaviour analysis and the application of behavioural change techniques to influence consumer decisions. This early exposure to consumer insights became a cornerstone of her strategic approach at Karix, enabling her to craft high-impact, audience-focused marketing programs.
Kavya’s elevation reflects her consistent delivery of measurable results, her innovative approach to marketing, and her ability to lead with both vision and execution in competitive market environments.
