Greenwood Village, Colorado, United States, January 2026 – Kayla L. has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at GO Car Wash, stepping into the organization’s senior-most people leadership role. She will lead workforce strategy, culture development, and HR transformation as the company accelerates its nationwide expansion and integration efforts.
Kayla has grown her career within GO Car Wash over more than four years. Prior to this appointment, she served as Vice President Human Resources, following progressive roles as Senior Director Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Human Resources Project Manager. Across these positions, she strengthened legal compliance, people solutions, analytics, and leadership frameworks that supported the company’s rapid growth across multiple states.
Alongside her responsibilities at GO Car Wash, Kayla contributed to Kadiant for about a year and a half, first as Human Resources Information System Analyst, then as Leader of People Systems, and later as Human Resources Information System Consultant. These roles deepened her expertise in HR technology, systems design, and process optimization.
Earlier, she spent nearly two years with Businessolver as Benefits Analyst, where she analyzed employee and financial data for strategic benefits planning and provided counsel to employees and managers on plan interpretation. She also worked with International Car Wash Group as Payroll Coordinator, designing benefits packages, evaluating compensation structures, and managing vendor relationships.
Her foundation years include experience at Paycom as Transition Implementation Specialist, leading HRIS product implementations across several U.S. states, and at Target as Executive Team Lead, where she supervised large teams and drove operational performance in a $53 million store. Kayla’s early professional development also included academic support roles at Metropolitan State University of Denver, reflecting her long-standing commitment to people growth and learning.
