Cleveland, Ohio, United States, November 2025 — Kayla Woitkowski has joined Nutanix as Director, Global Emerging Talent, where she will lead global programs to attract, develop, and retain next-generation talent across regions. With a strong background in early career and university recruiting, Kayla brings over 14 years of experience building high-performing talent pipelines for technology and software companies.
At Nutanix, Kayla will oversee global emerging talent initiatives, aligning talent strategy with business growth priorities. Her focus will include designing scalable hiring programs, enhancing global university partnerships, and fostering leadership readiness among early-career professionals in technology, analytics, and business domains.
Prior to joining Nutanix, Kayla Woitkowski served as Director, Global Emerging Careers at SAS, where she led a high-achieving global team responsible for hiring 300–400 interns and early-career professionals annually across multiple business areas. She also spearheaded HR’s global transition to support internal mobility and developed an innovative Early Career Talent Planning process that significantly improved hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Before her global leadership role, Kayla served as Manager, University Relations – North America at Stryker, where she was instrumental in strengthening intern and entry-level hiring frameworks and aligning recruitment processes with organizational needs.
Earlier in her career, she spent over six years with SAS in progressive leadership roles, including Senior Manager and Manager of University Outreach and Recruiting, where she built SAS’s first-ever University Recruiting team. Her initiatives—such as developing a tiered target-university model and launching global internship programs—transformed SAS’s early talent strategy into a global best practice.
Before joining SAS, Kayla worked with NetApp for nearly three years, progressing from University Recruiter to University Relations Campus Manager – East/Central U.S., where she developed brand-building strategies, executed 150+ campus events, and drove data-based university partnerships.
She began her HR journey with early professional experiences at organizations such as BMW Group, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and AICPA, where she honed her expertise in recruiting, training, and compliance—laying a solid foundation for her later success in global talent acquisition.
