Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, August 2024 – Keisha Hines-Craft has begun her new role as Director, Human Resources, US Operations at Hana Group. In this position, she will be leading HR strategies to align talent management and organizational effectiveness with the company’s business goals, focusing on enhancing performance and growth within the US operations.
Before stepping into her current role, Keisha served as the Sr People Partner, US Operations at Hana Group for nearly two years. During her tenure, she successfully led the implementation of HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, which significantly enhanced employee engagement and talent acquisition across the operations.
Earlier, Keisha took a career break, dedicating six years as a stay-at-home mom. During this period, she honed her organizational and leadership skills while managing a busy household and actively participating in her community as President of the Still Elementary Parent-Teacher-Student Association for three years.
Prior to her career break, Keisha spent over 21 years at Walmart Stores Inc., where she held various roles including Sr. Human Resource Manager for the Marketing/Food Division and Human Resources Manager for Walmart Transportation. Her extensive experience in HR strategy, talent management, and operational leadership played a crucial role in driving the company’s success.
