Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Anupriya Awasthi has taken on the role of Head of Human Resources at GarudaUAV, where she will lead the organization’s people strategy to support rapid growth and technological innovation. In this capacity, she will be responsible for talent management, culture-building, organizational development, and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s expanding drone services and software ecosystem.
Prior to joining GarudaUAV, Anupriya served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Capgemini for over three years, where she led large-scale people transformation initiatives and business-aligned HR strategies. Her expertise in driving employee engagement, retention, and performance helped shape a culture of agility and excellence.
Before that, she held the role of Manager HR and OD (Pan India) at CARE, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational culture, implementing learning and development frameworks, and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her experience in talent acquisition and performance management spanned the entire employee lifecycle.
Earlier, Anupriya worked as Manager – HR (Corporate) & OD at SpiceJet, where she was instrumental in executing organizational development strategies, competency mapping, and company-wide engagement programs. She also led performance conversations and designed feedback mechanisms tailored to different workforce generations.
Her HR journey also includes leadership roles at Anand and Anand, Onicra Credit Rating Agency, and Binary Semantics, making her career span nearly two decades of rich experience across aviation, legal services, development, and technology sectors.
She recently completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, further strengthening her leadership foundation in people management.
