Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States, August 2024 – Keith S. has taken on the role of Director of People Services and Systems at Roskam Foods, marking a significant milestone in his career. In this new position, Keith will be responsible for directing all functions related to compensation, benefits, payroll, and system integrations for HR-related systems company-wide, including leading key initiatives like the Workday Implementation across all US facilities.
Prior to his promotion, Keith served as Senior Manager of People Services and Systems at Roskam Foods for one year and four months. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in bringing the Roskam Wellness clinic onsite, revamping the company’s benefit package to enhance market competitiveness, and improving the 401K plan for non-union hourly employees.
Before joining Roskam Foods, Keith was the Human Resources Manager at Enterprise Food Services, Inc. for nearly three years. In this role, he oversaw all HR responsibilities company-wide, implemented multiple HR systems to increase efficiency, and led compliance initiatives to keep the organization compliant with various regulations.
Keith’s earlier career includes his role as Chief Human Resources Officer at West Michigan Cancer Center, where he led the human resources strategy and operations, and partnered with senior leaders to enhance employee engagement, resulting in increased retention. He also implemented operational improvement projects, leading to significant cost savings for the organization.
