Before joining Paul Smith’s College, Kelly was a Human Resources Generalist at STERRX, LLC, where she contributed to HR metrics, compensation strategy, and organizational development until the company’s closure. She also spent eight years as the Owner and Consultant of Personnel Pathways, LLC, providing HR project planning, cultural transformation strategies, and talent mapping solutions to businesses navigating change.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held key HR leadership roles, including Director of Human Resources at Century Arms, where she led HR strategy across multiple locations. She also served as Human Resources Manager at Camoplast Rockland, Ltd. and Professional Nurses Service, Inc., and as Sr. Culture & Talent Consultant at Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
