Portland, Oregon, United States, December 2024 – Kelly DuLong has taken on the role of Chief People Officer at Craft3, a mission-driven lender focused on fostering economic and environmental equity across the Pacific Northwest. In her new position, Kelly will lead the organization’s human resources strategy, including talent development, culture transformation, and workforce planning, to support Craft3’s vision of creating a thriving, just, and empowered region.
Kelly transitions to Craft3 following an impactful tenure at the Northwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (NEEA), where she served as Vice President, People & Culture. During her six years there, she was a trusted advisor to the executive team and board of directors, advancing the HR function with initiatives such as succession planning, employee engagement, and cultural transformation.
Prior to NEEA, Kelly was Senior Human Resources Manager at nLIGHT, Inc., where she oversaw HR operations for over 400 employees, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and benefits administration. She also contributed to workforce planning and leadership development at Stimson Lumber Company, holding roles such as HR Operations Manager and Talent Management and Acquisition Manager.
Earlier in her career, Kelly held leadership positions at The Standard, where she developed corporate talent management and diversity programs, and at Freightliner (Daimler Trucks North America), where she managed IT projects and process improvements. Her diverse career also includes experiences in consulting, real estate, and coaching varsity softball at the collegiate level.
