Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada, March 2025 – Kelly Stander has been appointed as Director of People & Culture at Nature’s Way Canada, where she will lead strategic HR initiatives to support the company’s mission of enhancing health and well-being through natural products. In her new role, Kelly will oversee people development, organizational culture, talent management, and employee engagement across the company.
Prior to her new role, Kelly served as Senior People & Culture Manager at Nature’s Way Canada for nearly two years. In this capacity, she played a pivotal role in developing programs to drive employee well-being, growth, and organizational performance.
Before relocating to Canada, Kelly was the Head of People & Culture at Glucode in South Africa, where she led a full-spectrum HR function and helped scale the business significantly. She introduced wellness initiatives, spearheaded leadership development, and partnered with tertiary institutions for internships and bursary programs.

Her prior experience includes working as Director of Talent Management at Cyber Island Global, where she led HR strategy, launched learning programs, and implemented BambooHR systems. She also held earlier roles at Glucode as Wellbeing and Development Manager, and at Columba Leadership, where she managed special projects and innovation in monitoring and evaluation strategies.
Kelly’s global HR leadership journey also includes stints as Learning & Development Manager at Sino Group in Hong Kong and as Corporate Trainer at The Language Key Ltd, where she delivered executive coaching and communication skills training across major organizations.
