Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada, April 2025 – Ken Kilcullen has taken on the role of Vice President, Talent – Regional Manager Okanagan at Vista Radio Ltd, marking a significant leadership transition in Canada’s broadcasting industry. In his new capacity, he will be responsible for talent strategy and overseeing operations in the Okanagan region, bringing with him over two decades of experience in radio management and regional leadership.
Ken most recently served as General Manager at Bell Media for the BC Interior region for over 11 years, where he played a key role in overseeing station operations and strengthening Bell Media’s footprint across British Columbia. His strategic oversight helped enhance content delivery and community engagement in the region.
Prior to that, he was General Manager at The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group in Prince George for over 11 years, where he led transformative initiatives and strengthened local market positioning. His deep connection with local audiences and commitment to broadcast excellence were pivotal to the station’s sustained success.
Before rising to the General Manager role, Ken served as Radio Operations Manager at Jim Pattison Broadcast Group, gaining hands-on experience in station management, programming, and staff development for nearly four years.
Ken has also served as Past President of the British Columbia Association of Broadcasters (BCAB), demonstrating his continued influence and contribution to the broadcast industry at a provincial level.
