United States, April 2025 – Pamela Rodas has been appointed as Vice President of Global Talent Acquisition at TELUS Digital. In her new role, Pamela will lead global recruitment and sourcing operations across 35 countries, overseeing a team of more than 500 professionals responsible for hiring top talent in Customer Experience, Digital Operations, and AI.
Pamela brings more than 17 years of progressive experience in global talent acquisition and human resources, all of which she has spent with TELUS Digital. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition, where she led hiring operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. She championed process optimization, tech enablement, and global sourcing hubs, contributing significantly to TELUS Digital’s growth and operational scalability.
Prior to that, she held leadership roles including Director and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment across strategic accounts and IT outsourcing. Pamela played a key role in launching global ATS and CRM platforms to enhance recruitment performance and candidate experience.
Earlier in her career, she served as Talent Acquisition Manager, HR Manager, and Recruiter, managing regional and global responsibilities, building frameworks for standardized hiring processes, and scaling recruitment operations for both contact center and IT services.
