Londonderry, New Hampshire, United States, January 2025 – Kendra Langevin has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at EFI. In her new role, Kendra will oversee the company’s HR strategy, talent management, and organizational transformation initiatives to support EFI’s global business objectives.
Kendra joined EFI in August 2019 as Sr. Director, Human Resources, where she played a pivotal role in driving organizational transformation initiatives and enhancing talent management processes. She subsequently served as Vice President, Human Resources, leading strategic HR efforts for EFI’s Americas operations.

Prior to EFI, Kendra served as Sr. Director, Human Resources at NETSCOUT, where she managed a global HR team supporting 2,500 employees. She led critical initiatives, including leadership development, divestitures, and acquisitions, and presented HR-related matters to the Board’s Compensation Committee.
Earlier, Kendra spent over a decade at PTC, where she served as HR Director for the Americas, supporting 2,800 employees. Her expertise extended to employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR partnerships with executive leadership. She has also held HR roles at Iris Associates (now IBM) and Mercer Human Resource Consulting, gaining comprehensive experience in immigration, recruitment, and HR operations.
