Ketan Darji joins Axis Securities Limited with a robust background in HR leadership and talent acquisition across various sectors. At Axis Securities Limited, he will focus on leading talent acquisition efforts and enhancing recruitment processes.

Prior to this, Ketan served as the Vice President HR (Lead Talent Acquisition Corporate Functions) at Kotak Mahindra Bank for approximately 7 months, where he was responsible for leading talent acquisition for corporate functions.

Ketan’s career also includes significant stints at Axis Securities Limited in various roles, including Talent Acquisition Lead & HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead, where he managed recruitment strategies and processes across the organization for over 4 years.

He served as the Assistant Vice President Human Resources at Anand Rathi Financial Services Limited for approximately 1.5 years, where he was responsible for hiring across PAN India, vendor management, and developing internal employee referral programs.

Earlier in his career, Ketan held the position of Manager Human Resources at Axis Securities Ltd, where he handled recruitment for retail assets vertical and managed central recruitment team for sales and non-sales hiring.

Ketan also worked at Sahara India as the Talent Acquisition Manager – Group HR, where he led a team of recruiters and managed recruitment across all levels and divisions, and was instrumental in designing and executing the largest recruitment advertisement in the history of the Indian recruitment fraternity.

His career journey also includes roles at Karvy Stock Broking Ltd as the Manager – HR, Angel Broking as the HR Manager, Sharekhan Ltd as an HR Executive, and HDFC Bank as an HR Coordinator.

Matthew Breitfelder is Partner and Global Head of Human Capital at Apollo, where he focuses on attracting extraordinary talent to the firm and creating an innovative, inclusive, high-performance culture that brings out the best in Apollo’s people. Matt leads Apollo’s recruiting, talent management, compensation, succession planning, citizenship, employee relations, development, and culture work. He is also a member of the firm’s Leadership Team. Matt is committed to expanding opportunities across Apollo’s workplace, marketplace, and communities. Prior to joining Apollo, Matt was Chief Talent Officer at BlackRock as well as a member of the Operating Committee. Previously, he held strategy, talent, and innovation roles at Mastercard, PwC, and CEB/Gartner.

Matt holds a BA in Economics from the University of Southern California, an MSc from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He currently serves on the boards of the Lumina Foundation, the Aspen Institute’s Business and Society program, the Milken Institute’s Inclusive Capitalism initiative, and Georgetown University’s initiative on AI, Analytics, and the Future of Work. He is the co-author of numerous Harvard Business School case studies and articles on leadership. Matt has been recognized as a Top Global CHRO multiple times by n2Growth and Stanford Business School.
