Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 — Khushboo Tak has been appointed as Head HR – Men’s Luxury and BTL Brands at Reliance Brands Limited. In her new role, she will lead the human resources function for a distinguished portfolio of international luxury and bridge-to-luxury menswear and accessories brands, including Giorgio Armani, Zegna, Boss, Tumi, Paul & Shark, Paul Smith, Emporio Armani, Brooks Brothers, and EA7.
At Reliance Brands Limited, Khushboo will partner with business and functional leaders across retail, merchandising, marketing, brand operations, and corporate functions to shape the people strategy for a rapidly expanding luxury retail network. Her key focus areas include organization design, performance management, leadership hiring, capability development, and culture-building initiatives that align with Reliance Brands’ growth vision and customer-centric ethos.
Prior to this elevation, Khushboo served as Head – HR Luxury Retail at Reliance Brands Limited, where she played a central role in expanding the luxury business, strengthening HR systems, and driving high-impact talent and leadership initiatives.
Before joining Reliance, she spent over 14 years with IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.), where she held a series of progressive roles culminating in Associate Director – Human Resources. During her tenure, she led HR for Flight Operations, driving workforce planning, policy design, employee relations, and talent acquisition for niche technical roles, while serving as a strategic HR partner to business leaders.
Khushboo began her career with Reliance Energy as a summer intern and holds an MBA in Human Resources from Amity Business School, Noida, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar.
