Michael Rogers has recently been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at Greenscape Energy, stepping into this pivotal role in April 2024 after having demonstrated exceptional financial leadership within the company. His promotion marks a significant milestone in a career that spans over a decade in financial management and strategic planning.
Rogers has been with Greenscape Energy Ltd for the last two and a half years, initially joining as a Finance Manager and quickly ascending to Financial Director. In his previous role, he contributed substantially to the board’s strategic initiatives and people management, showcasing his ability to lead and innovate in complex financial operations.
Prior to joining Greenscape Energy, Rogers held the position of Finance Manager at Hart Wilcox for nearly four years, where he was instrumental in managing financial operations and enhancing fiscal strategies in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex. Before that, he served as a Finance Manager at Brentwood Communications Ltd, further honing his skills in financial oversight and managerial finance from February 2017 to August 2018 in Chelmsford, United Kingdom.
Rogers also has significant experience as a Management Accountant and Finance Assistant at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust, where he was responsible for a wide range of financial duties, from data analysis and budget management to invoicing and cost distribution, over a span of two years.
His early career included a role as a Laboratory Assistant at Mid Essex Hospitals, which provided him with foundational skills in handling clinical data and maintaining rigorous standards in a fast-paced environment.
