With over 11 years of extensive experience in designing and implementing impactful training programs, Khushi’s appointment underscores Newmark’s commitment to strengthening its learning culture and capability development across its growing India operations.
In her new role, Khushi Rao will lead strategic learning initiatives focused on enhancing employee productivity, professional development, and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise spans product, process, and behavioural training, along with designing competency frameworks that foster performance excellence and engagement across diverse teams.
Prior to joining Newmark, Khushi served as Learning & Development Manager at Anarock Property Consultant Pvt. Ltd., where she successfully implemented learning programs that elevated service quality and team performance. Earlier, she worked with Digital Gold India Pvt. Ltd., Niva Bupa Health Insurance, and Shriram General Insurance, leading end-to-end L&D operations, sales capability programs, and leadership development initiatives. Her earlier tenure with GOQii, Achievers Zone – Viztar International, and Sampark Solutions provided her with rich experience in training management, people engagement, and customer service excellence.
With a proven track record of creating engaging and measurable learning experiences, Khushi brings a strong understanding of both traditional and digital learning ecosystems—an invaluable asset as Newmark continues to expand its presence and workforce capability in India’s dynamic property management sector.
