Detroit, Michigan, USA, June 2024 – Kiele Stooks has joined Children’s Hospital of Michigan as the new Chief Human Resources Officer. Kiele will be responsible for overseeing human resources strategies and operations, aiming to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Kiele’s most recent role was at DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital, where she served for over six years. As the Director of Human Resources from January 2023 to June 2024, she led various HR initiatives and strategic planning. Prior to this, she was the Human Resources Business Consultant from May 2021 to January 2023, focusing on HR management and policy development. Earlier, she was the Human Resources Representative from April 2018 to May 2021, providing HR support and services.
Before joining DMC Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital, Kiele worked at Evangelical Homes of Michigan as a Human Resources Generalist from March 2016 to April 2018. She managed HR programs, employee relations, and policy development to support the organization’s goals.
Earlier in her career, Kiele held roles at Weiss Memorial Hospital as a Human Resources Representative from September 2015 to March 2016, and at MacNeal Hospital as a Human Resources Intern from January 2015 to May 2015, where she gained valuable experience in HR functions and operations.
