Mississauga, Ontario, Canada – November 2024 – Kimberley Cadesky has joined Maxan Interior Systems as the new Director of Human Resources. In her new role, Kimberley will lead the strategic HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment, strengthen employee engagement, and align HR practices with Maxan’s goals for growth and client-centric excellence.
Before joining Maxan Interior Systems, Kimberley served as Human Resources Manager at Combined Metal Industries for over two years, where she played a critical role in enhancing HR functions and driving organizational effectiveness.
Prior to that, she held multiple roles at the Flynn Group of Companies over almost nine years, advancing from HR Coordinator to Regional HR Manager. In these positions, she led HR operations across several branches, managed employee relations, and implemented programs for recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
Her early HR career includes roles as HR Administrator and HR Intern at Flynn Group, as well as positions in administration at SK Business Consulting Inc. and Pueblito Canada, where she gained valuable experience in HR support and event management.
