Career Journey at DiTech Process Solutions
Saun joined DiTech Process Solutions in 2009 as a Senior Manager of HR & Administration. In this role, she established effective HR policies, ensured compliance, and played a pivotal role in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Her dedication and strategic mindset led to her promotion to General Manager of HR & Administration in April 2017.
As General Manager, Saun strengthened DiTech’s HR functions by implementing efficient administrative processes and enhancing employee welfare initiatives. Her comprehensive understanding of HR strategy and exceptional leadership skills earned her further advancement to Assistant Vice President, HR & Administration in April 2022. Here, she oversaw HR operations, fostering a supportive work environment while aligning HR policies with the company’s strategic goals.
In her new role as Vice President, Saun will spearhead HR initiatives, driving talent management, policy development, and fostering an inclusive work culture.
Before joining DiTech Process Solutions, Saun worked at Caliber Point (Hexaware) as a Senior Executive from January 2006 to August 2008. She managed HR operations and honed her skills in employee engagement and administrative management.
