Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, November 2024 – Kirsten Dale has assumed the role of Global Director, Strategic Talent and Employee Experience at Treasury Wine Estates (TWE). In this capacity, Kirsten will lead initiatives to enhance employee experiences and build workforce capabilities aligned with TWE’s strategic goals. Her team will employ a human-centered design approach to foster genuine care, meaningful connections, and career development opportunities across TWE’s global operations.
Kirsten has been with Treasury Wine Estates for over six years, contributing extensively to its people and culture strategies. Prior to her current role, she served as Director, People & Culture for TWE’s iconic Penfolds brand, where she partnered with the executive team to design innovative talent strategies, strengthen global teams, and build an inclusive culture aimed at achieving the company’s ambition of becoming a global luxury icon.
Before leading Penfolds, Kirsten held the role of Global Human Resources Director – Talent, where she focused on talent development, capability building, and fostering a learning culture. Her efforts supported TWE in developing a strong leadership pipeline adept at driving change and achieving organizational growth.
Prior to joining TWE, Kirsten honed her expertise in HR and organizational development during her tenure at ANZ, where she held several senior roles, including Senior Manager, Change and Capability and Senior Manager, Culture, Engagement, and Performance. Her work involved designing capability frameworks, embedding organizational values, and aligning workforce strategies with business objectives across diverse regions.
Kirsten also brings a wealth of experience from her earlier roles at KPMG, where she led leadership development initiatives, and ICC, where she provided international HR consultancy services and cultural training solutions.
