In this expanded leadership role, Kirsty now oversees the entire talent acquisition function across both the United Kingdom and EMEA regions, driving innovative recruitment strategies and shaping the future of hiring at scale for GroupM and its agencies.
Kirsty brings nearly four years of experience at GroupM, having previously served as Head of Talent Acquisition UK, where she led talent strategy and delivery across permanent hiring for GroupM and its brands. She earlier held the position of Talent Delivery Partner, where she focused on enhancing hiring processes and team performance to align with the dynamic needs of the media industry.
Before joining GroupM, Kirsty worked at Barclays as Business Experience Manager (AMS), where she was instrumental in managing recruitment for Business Banking and Wealth divisions. She also served at AMS for over 15 years, where she held several key roles, including Client Engagement Manager, managing recruitment strategies for global clients, and onsite lead recruiter for 3i Group plc, driving end-to-end hiring strategies.
