London, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Clarendon Fine Art has announced the appointment of Kirsty Lister as its new Chief People Officer, continuing the organization’s focus on culture, growth, and people excellence. With a proven track record in HR leadership, Lister brings nearly two decades of expertise across retail, consumer goods, logistics, and the arts sector.
Lister has been with Clarendon Fine Art for over two years, most recently serving as People Director, where she drove strategic HR initiatives and played a pivotal role in enhancing organizational culture and engagement. In recognition of her influence in the HR field, she was named HR Magazine’s 28th Most Influential HR Practitioner in 2023.
Before joining Clarendon, she spent nine years with Vax Ltd, where she rose to become HR Director – EMEA, overseeing large-scale people strategies and organizational transformation across multiple geographies. She also held roles as Head of HR – EMEA and Head of HR – UK&I, during which Vax was recognized as one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For and The Job Crowd Top Graduate Employer.
Earlier in her career, she served as HR Business Partner at iForce Limited, where she was shortlisted as a finalist for Personnel Today’s HR Rising Star Award and contributed to the company’s Investors in People Platinum Accreditation. She also held HR roles at Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd, Nationwide Platforms, and began her career in recruitment with Kelly Services and First Call Contract Services Ltd.
