Kisha Gupta Entrusted as Global Head of Brand at Infosys

Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, December 2025 – Kisha Gupta has been entrusted with the role of Global Head of Brand at Infosys, where she will lead the company’s global brand strategy with a focus on purpose-driven storytelling, creativity, humility, and care. In this role, she will spearhead brand positioning, strategic communications, and global reputation building for one of the world’s most respected digital services and consulting organizations.

In her current role at Infosys, Kisha Gupta has built a distinguished career spanning over a decade, most recently serving as Associate Vice President and Global Head – Academic Relations, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, executive leadership, co-founders, and the board. She has led Infosys’ flagship global internship initiative InStep, engaging over 300+ interns annually from more than 50 nationalities, and has been instrumental in shaping Infosys’ global academia partnerships, brand collaborations, and international thought leadership initiatives.

Earlier at Infosys, she served as Senior Director – Corporate Marketing and Director – Corporate Marketing, contributing to enterprise-wide brand strategy, marketing transformation, and global communications initiatives that strengthened Infosys’ global market presence and innovation narrative.

She began her professional journey at Infosys in global academic relations and relationship management roles, managing partnerships with leading universities worldwide, driving international collaborations, research publications, case studies, and positioning Infosys as a preferred employer brand across global campuses.

Alongside her corporate leadership, Kisha Gupta has also served in leadership roles with AIESEC in India as Chairperson and Board Member, actively contributing to building globally inclusive leadership ecosystems for youth and future professionals.
